Get Amazing Results! Having a training plan will motivate you to achieve your goals. YST training plans consists of phases focused workouts which build upon each other to maximize your results. Let us do the thinking... Simply, select a training plan that has been developed from our top professionals.

Our suggestion: It's great to have high goals for yourself, but if your self-assessment is skewed then your success will obviously be compromised. Our plans are setup to build on the foundation of each other. Start with the Level 1 - Base Phase, and then move on to the next level. With each level, more advanced movements will be introduced.
